HSE Administrator

FTEN Group of Companies Inc. is looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the health and safety department. This position is based out of our La Crete office and will include some traveling to logging and construction sites in northern Alberta.

Duties Include:

  • Data information/entries as needed
  • Conduct monthly & weekly safety meetings & inspections
  • Create reports and written documents
  • Assist in investigations, hazard assessments, etc.
  • Conduct new employee orientations, training, and follow-up training
  • Collaborate with other HSE administrators & field supervisors
  • Other duties as required by the HSE Manager

Qualifications:

  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be a good communicator
  • Have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Be proficient at multi-tasking
